WHAT TO EXPECT ?
When you solve problems creatively, there are four distinct stages:
Clarify: This is where you gather information about your challenge and figure out the right problem to solve.
Ideate: Here’s where you come up with lots of possible ideas to solve your problem.
Develop: Now you take the best ideas and craft them into good solutions.
Implement: This is where your come up with a plan to launch your solution, gather support, overcome obstacles and learn as you go.
During following online workshops we will dive deeper into each stage of the problem solving process and teach you several tools and techniques. So you can solve challenges in a more creative, collaborative and structured way.

You explore how to make a clear diagnosis, how to identify crucial information and how to determine the desired results in order to formulate a more concise challenge statement.

How to generate new and original ideas
We will explain tools to generate original ideas, defer judgment and set aside our inner critic.
Thursday February 4
How to develop and implement a workable solution
You learn techniques to go from an idea to a workable solution, to build an implementation plan and to deal with resistance.
